How do I pay the bouquets of flowers and the presents ordered on Flori in Constanta.ro?
You have three ways of paying for the products ordered on Flori in Constanta.ro:
- 1. PayPal
- 2. online by credit card VISA or MasterCard (including the Romanian credit cards)
- 2. wire transfer
PayPal
Making online payments with Paypal is free and secure. PayPal does not charge any commission for making payments. It is also very secure.
Online by credit card
This is the main paying method. The payment will be done by the online payment system PayU. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, JCB and Dinners. On Flori in Constanta.ro you can also pay with credit cards valid only in Romania. DotAssure processes not only the international credit cards, but also the local ones.
In short, most of the Romanian and international credit cards are accepted (we do not accept national credit cards, other than the Romanian ones, for instance "Valid only in Poland").
Necessary steps for paying by credit card:
In order to pay with your credit card, you have to choose at "Step 1", as paying method - Paying online. Then, you will be redirected, through a secured connection, to the webpage of our credit card processor.
Here, you will have to fill in the form displayed on the screen, with the number of your credit card, expiring date (you can find this information printed on your credit card) , the CVV2/CVC2 code (excepting Maestro or VISA Electron), the type of your credit card, the bank’s name and telehone number. Then click "Continue".
Please be very careful when introducing the data regarding your credit card! After you have clicked "Continue" you will be transferred to a webpage that reads "Processing" (here, the data you have introduced are being verified). Then, you will be automatically redirected back to the store, where the invoice will be displayed.
DON’T CLOSE THE BROWSER WHILE THE MESSAGE "PROCESSING" IS DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN, OR BEFORE THE INVOICE IS DISPLAYED, BECAUSE OTHERWISE YOU WON’T KNOW IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED OR NOT!
Wire Transfer
According to the information in the invoice, the order will be processed only when the payment has been confirmed. This is only valid for internal payments. We do not accept payments other than in Romanian currency.
